Our origins go back to the place of Finisterre, with a generational tradition of more than 50 years in the domain of catering. Along the time, we have inherited from our ancestors the gastronomy art and cooking tradition of the Galician region of Costa da Morte (the Death Coast). These arts were absorbed within our culture, and thus nowadays we are able to offer traditional dishes of Galicia just as those times.

Likewise, we obtain fresh fish and seafood in a traditional way, an important point to ensure maximum quality to our customers.

Behind our gastronomy, there is also our culture, extremely valued in our restaurant and in our identities. Our logo symbolizes the sunset on the sea and holy rock called "O Centulo" ("Centolo" in Spanish). The name of this rock is synonymous to one of the most appreciated molluscs used in our gastronomy, and this is another sigh that Galician culture has a strong connection with its gastronomy, being continuously present in our lives.
